Dear Students, Parents, and Staff,
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year at St. Joseph School in beautiful Killarney! It is a true joy to see our familiar faces return—students, families, and staff—ready to begin another wonderful year of learning, laughter, and faith-filled community together.
As a small school, St. Joseph truly feels like a family. Each one of our students is known, valued, and supported by caring educators who want the very best for them. Our close connections allow us to celebrate each student’s growth, successes, and unique gifts. It’s this sense of belonging and togetherness that makes our school such a special place to learn and grow.
This year, we look forward to continuing to live out our Catholic values through kindness, respect, and service to others. As the Home of the Otters, we will continue to show our school spirit by working hard, helping one another, and demonstrating teamwork—both in the classroom and beyond.
We are proud of all that our students accomplish each day, and we are excited for the learning, laughter, and memories the new year will bring. Thank you to our dedicated staff, supportive families, and amazing students for making St. Joseph School such a caring and vibrant community.
Wishing all our Otters a blessed and successful 2025–2026 school year filled with joy, growth, and gratitude!
Warm regards,
Sheila Tuhkasaari
